14/8/10 THIS PAGE CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED: Results are based on a minimum $5,000 bank of which 2% is invested. BT does not run on auto 'out of the box' so to speak but in an attempt to do so, the results posted as of April this year are using one setting which means little fuss and shows the least that can be achieved but has also meant a downturn on last years posted results, when they were constantly adjusted to suit market conditions.
This means less fuss for those who don't want to learn how to optimize the system although this is not at all advised. Many members achieve far greater results on full auto than those posted here because they constantly review their settings based on our training.
These results do not reflect the awesome opportunities to manually trade the system as the majority of members will do as the favoured approach. You will see some days last year say 'See Notes'. Some of these will show manual trades such as those on Melbourne Cup Day. Manually trading gives many members well over $1000 profit on Saturdays alone with an outlay of $10 win and $50 place per selection. Don't believe it...? Ask them yourself! Manual trading gives a much better profit on turnover than 'Auto' and there are always great opportunities for making simple standout selections with great value.
Auto trades are multiple win investments only (dutch or spread betting) and will show WN in the day reports. WP is win and place which is manually placed on standout selections. Manual trades will soon be posted regularly on a new page.
Some days show quite large profits and some do not. This is because we do not trade with a target. As in most market trading, we stop when the trend has reversed utilising stop loss and trailing stop loss management. There are two different stop losses. One static and one 'trailing' or 'floating'.
In the screen shots, profit amounts are green and loss amounts are red. If green, then the trailing stop has been triggered leaving us with our remaing profit. If it is red, it went backwards to our stop which is set to a minimum of -$190 or down to -$300 depending on the day and the individuals bank size etc. All results are produced live or we don't post them thus some missing days. Sundays are not often posted but members do well on them. It is our one and only day off and we do not often run BT ourselves on that day.
